Ronald Thomas Kline, 59, Denver, PA, formerly of Carrolltown, PA passed away at his home on June 25, after a long battle with cancer.  By his side was Marta, his loving wife of 27 years, beloved dog Bandit and family.  He was born May 14, 1960, in Spangler, PA, son of the late Charles D. and Rosella (Kirkpatrick) Kline.  He was preceded in death by his brothers James Lee and Patrick A. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter Colleen, stepchildren Jason Brand (Vicky), and Jennie Brand.  Siblings:  Sister Nancy, Sisters of St Joseph Baden, Johnstown; Donna Mack (Peter), Doylestown; Paul (Virginia); Jeanne Farabaugh (Charles); and Dave (Pauline); all of Carrolltown; Arlene Smith, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ; and Karen Gray (William), Northern Cambria;  and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.  He was known for his quick wit and his playful sense of humor. In his younger days, Ron worked for the Forestry Dept., and ran cable for various companies for about 10 years.  Ron was previously employed by Valley Proteins Inc. for over 20 years.  Ron enjoyed fishing, woodworking, painting, camping (especially in the mountains), and was an avid hunter.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 146 N. Main St., Carrolltown, where a vigil for the deceased will be held.  Additional visitation will be held from 9 am until the 10 am funeral Mass, Monday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown by Rev. Jude W. Brady, OSB.  Committal church cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ronald’s name to Hospice & Community Care, 685 Good Drive, PO box 4125, Lancaster, PA  17604-4125.
